30 Day Refund Warranty

This warranty cover products that have been received defective or damaged. if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Contact Us directly for assistance with processing your return.
Do not return the product to the address stated on the package. Please note that for any return requests, you should contact Customer Care, who will provide you with the instructions for ‘return and refund’.

According to the applicable rules if you are contracting as a consumer, the customer has the legally established right to terminate the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason.

The period of free resolution will expire 14 days from the day the client physically acquires the items. To exercise the right of free cancellation of the contract, the client can contact us through our email.
